Well folks, you gotta love this.
$1.2T in “infrastructure” spending.
He called it ‘Truly Historic’.
Right.
Someone please take this mans pen away.
If you watched the terrible video of him at the signing, he steps away from the podium and forgets his mask. Mumbles something incoherent while trying to find it.
Because science yo. This is getting really confusing. The science. The masks.
Who is this guy? Really?
In case you didn’t know, there were 32 House and Senate Republicans who also voted for this nonsense.
Epoch times reported here that “Nonpartisan Org Says Democrats’ Budget Would Costs $2.4 Trillion, Not $1.75 Trillion”
That sounds more like it.
Look, if this was really about roads, power grids, building more jobs etc… you and I both know this wouldn’t be the way to go doing it.
Opening the states, stoping with this nonsense about illegal and unconstitutional mandates, and letting small businesses go back to what they do best, making jobs.
There’s more to this story. I guarantee it.
It will come out in the next 30-60 days and I’ll be ready to pounce on it.
CNBC reported,
“The bill will inject $550 billion of new funds into transportation, broadband and utilities over the next five years. It also represents one half of Biden’s domestic agenda, and opens the gate to passage of the second half, a $1.75 trillion social spending and climate change bill.”
I will have to dig more, and present the facts about that hunch later.
For now, let’s just say that my kids - and yours - just got a LOT more in debt.
American just took another giant leap towards hyperinflation.
And the items contained within that doc are going to push us one step closer, no 100 steps closer, to full tyranny.
Next up?
How about some higher taxes?
Yay!
Sense the sarcasm?
You should.
I laid it on pretty thick.
One final gem in the “spin” of this ridiculously insane spending bill.. is the historic references to the bi-gone era of Democrats being “the part of the people”.
Vice President Kamala Harris likened the signing of the bill to the authorization of the transcontinental railroad, the Hoover Dam, and the Eisenhower interstate system.
“In the middle of the Civil War, President Abraham Lincoln started construction on the Transcontinental Railroad. In the middle of the Great Depression, President Franklin Roosevelt finished construction on the Hoover Dam,” she said.
She continued,
“President Dwight Eisenhower signed the National Interstate and Defense Highways Act in the middle of the Cold War. And today — and today, President Joe Biden will sign the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act into law.”
Not buying it.
Are you?
